The recruiting process for a
scholarship baseball player can be overwhelming for both
the parents and the player. Its hard to get prospective
schools to see a player's skills, even when they play on
travel teams and in tournaments. Our son started college
showcases at Pro Prospects early in high school, which
allowed him to get out in front of coaches and get on
their "watch lists."
The summer of Jesse's junior year,
Steve Pinto put together a professional video showcasing
Jesse's pitching, along with a sports profile and letter
of recommendation that we used to target the schools
Jesse was interested in. This was invaluable in securing
scholarship offers.
Also as part of the College
Marketing Service, Steve sat down with the three of us
and explained the steps and what to expect during the
recruitment process - everything from what questions to
expect from coaches, how to best answer them, and what
questions to ask. He also prepared us for the hardships
of the recruiting process. Steve's program was very
helpful for all of us and helped Jesse to achieve his
goal of a Division I scholarship.

My son is playing D-I baseball and
getting a top notch education and it's all thanks to Pro
Prospects. At an early age, I enrolled him in Pro
Prospects and they transformed him into a complete
athlete. From honing his skills both mentally and
physically, to providing him the opportunity to meet
coaches and show his skills at college showcases, Pro
Prospects gave him the extra edge to not only
be seen, but also be offered a variety of college
opportunities. I highly recommend and my many
thanks to Steve, Jed and the staff at Pro
Prospects.
