From EAST of Monticello: Route 17 West to Exit 106. Left Turn off the Off-ramp onto Broadway. Go about 2 miles. Left Turn onto St. John Street at the light. St. John Street will become Cold Springs Road after a 1/2 mile. Pro Prospects is located 1/2 mile down Cold Spring Road on the right hand side.
From WEST of Monticello: Route 17 East to Exit 105A. Merge onto Route 42 going towards Broadway. Turn right on Broadway. Go 1/2 mile. Turn left onto St. John Street at the light. St. John Street will become Cold Springs Road after 1/2 mile. Pro Prospects is located 1/2 mile down Cold Spring Road on the right hand side.
